Allison Dressler Kramer

Partner / Executive Producer

Allison Dressler Kramer has been working in production for over ten years. She began her career at Cartoon Network in Atlanta moving up the ranks to Senior Producer. After five years, she trekked to Manhattan where she worked as an Executive Producer at Nickelodeon producing videos for Nick executives. When the reality craze hit she switched gears and became Director of Sales Promotions for courtTV and helped to rebrand the network to truTV. The new "actuality" network promoted her to Senior Creative Director and she created and executed integrated marketing campaigns and launched new shows. But Boston called and Allison was beyond thrilled to return to animation.

Although she is the Executive Producer of Hero4Hire, her other titles include writer, financial advisor, accountant, creative director, marketing head, sales rep, supreme scheduler, budgeting guru, mom and therapist. Some highlights at Hero4Hire have been selling, developing and producing a short for Nickelodeon which was her first large scale mixed media project and writing the script for the acclaimed “See Jane” video for the Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media.

In the midst of juggling all of Hero4Hire’s work, Allison is busy developing a preschool series. Allison’s career in entertainment began in college where her Boston radio personality “Amazing Allison” attracted a dedicated following of young listeners and she spent a semester performing as a character at The Magic Kingdom. Allison holds a Ducktorate Degree from Disney University.
